Step 1: Create Your Platform Account & Organization

Open https://mindaeon.ai/signup to start a card-free 5-seat trial (includes $5.00 of model usage credit). During sign-up:

1. Register with your work email and verify the one-time code, or authenticate via your enterprise OIDC/SAML provider.
2. Choose your organization name and slug (e.g. acme-eng). Mindaeon provisions an isolated tenant with dedicated PostgreSQL RLS scope and a per-tenant OpenBao transit key (mindaeon-tenant-<id>).

Step 2: Download & Install Your Preferred Surface
